A per day rate with a two-day minimum Rates are subject to change and are adjust for peak and non-peak times of the year. Hometown 10% discount is provided for any Fayette county resident with proof of residency. Monday through Friday rate of $109, weekend rate $129. Small pets are welcome for an additional $50.00 fee.

1. Cleaning and support fee $199.00 one-time fee for pre-cleaning and 24/7 support while on property.
2. Occupancy Taxes and fees 6% of total stay bill
